Return window

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email us at info@ethamarbeauty.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns that were not requested in advance will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, send the product to:

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the error was ours.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If a product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. If applicable, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at info@ethamarbeauty.com with your order number.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, sale or clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still do not see it, email us at info@ethamarbeauty.com.
