We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service you choose at checkout. Orders to the United States may take longer because of customs processing.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Incorrect shipping information

Ethamar Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost packages or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. Even so, we will do our best to help you resolve any issue with your shipment.
